Massage Workshop

2 hrs workshop for 4 people max, learning how to increase circulation and range of motion.

A) Lower Body: Legs, Hips, Feet- for runners, cyclist any active group of people, or anyone wanting to learn. 

B) Upper Body: Back, Neck, Head, Shoulders- for anyone
