Shoulder Stretches

Theres always more you can do!

Here is a video showing 3 different stretches to open up the chest and rib cage to help enable the shoulders to move in their entire range of motion. This works the pectoral muscles, latissimus dorsi and the anterior neck, which all are usually shortened by prolonged time in a sitting position (desk work). 

Start with NO weights as he suggests.

Ode to Walking
