These are laid out for injury rehabilitation for frozen shoulder or any other injury affecting one or more of the rotator cuff muscles.
I would suggest you try these exercises, one by one, even if you don't have any shoulder injury or pain. Its a good way to find your shoulder weakness and prevent an injury before it even starts.
