Back Bending.

Here is a series of exercises to open up your shoulders, ribs, hips and lower back into extension. Our day to day life forces us into flexion this is to help reestablish balance between the front and the back of our body.

Start by doing one exercise per day, i.e. : "warrior 1", then the next day do two exercise, and so on. If anything hurts stop and ask someone to check your posture in the pose.

These are great for anyone who works at a desk, runs, cycles, paddle boards.

Start simple and build.
